We completely get it, we change our minds too! You have 24 hours to request an order cancellation.

Yes, you can change your order if it has not been dispatched.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT?

Sign up for a restock notification on the product page. Select the size you are after that is sold out to display the 'notify me when availiable' button.

Some styles will not be restocked, this will be stated in the product description.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
  1. Email hello@dearfrankie.com with "RETURN" in the subject line.
  2. Provide your name, order number, item(s) for return, and reason for returning.
  3. For faulty items, attach clear images of the damage.
  4. If your return is accepted, we will provide further instructions. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?

Yes you can return sale items for a store credit.

CAN I RETURN SWIM?

No, we cannot accept returns or exchanges under any circumstance on swimwear due to hygiene.

HOW DO EXCHANGES WORK?

If you choose to exchange your item, you’ll receive a store credit once your return is approved. You can then use this credit to repurchase your preferred size, colour, or style directly through our website.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM?

If your item is faulty, we will replace it. If a replacement isn’t possible (e.g. the item is sold out), we’ll issue a refund. We’ll also provide you with a return shipping label so you can send the faulty item back to us at no cost.

WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

Customers cover return postage for change of mind, size exchanges, or store credit. For faulty items, we’ll cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DISPATCHED?

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours excluding weekends and public holidays.

During promotional or busy periods, please allow extra time for your order to be processed.

If you need your order urgently, leave us a note at checkout and we’ll prioritise it if possible.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Australia: Australia Post Tracking.

International: You can track your order through Australia Post, but for more accurate information use your local couriers tracking website.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

Use the Australia Postage Calculator for the most accurate shipping information.

Please ensure you factor in our 48 hour dispatch timeframe on top of shipping estimates.
