You have 7 days from date of delivery to request an exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty & requests outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
- Email hello@dearfrankie.com with "RETURN" in the subject line.
- Provide your name, order number, item(s) for return, and reason for returning.
- For faulty items, attach clear images of the damage.
- If your return is accepted, we will provide further instructions. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Important Information:
- Swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost parcels.
- For faulty items, we will replace the product. If a replacement is not possible (e.g. out of stock), we will refund you.
- Store credits are issued once your return is received and checked. Credits are sent by email, have no expiry, and can be used on any item.
- If you choose to exchange your item, we’ll issue you a store credit once your return is received and approved. You can then use this credit to purchase your preferred size, colour, or style directly through our website.
