BLACK FRIDAY RETURNS POLICY
Please note that all purchases made during our Black Friday promotion are final sale. This means no returns, exchanges or store credits will be accepted on any items purchased throughout the promotional period.
We kindly ask that you choose carefully, check our size guides, and reach out to our team if you need help finding your perfect fit before purchasing.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 7 days from date of delivery to request an exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty & requests outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
If you choose to exchange your item, we’ll issue you a store credit once your return is received and approved. You can then use this credit to purchase your preferred size, colour, or style directly through our website.
Instructions
- Email hello@dearfrankie.com with "RETURN" in the subject line.
- Provide your name, order number, item(s) for return, and reason for returning.
- For faulty items, attach clear images of the damage.
- If your return is accepted, we will provide further instructions. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Items not Eligible for Return/Exchange
- Swimwear bottoms
- ALL sale items (not including purchases using our welcome 10% discount)
Additional Information
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost parcels.
- For faulty items, we will replace the product. If a replacement is not possible (e.g. out of stock), we will refund you.
- Store credits are issued once your return is received and checked. Credits are sent by email, have no expiry, and can be used on any item.
